Launched in 1983, The Vauxhall Nova 1.3 SR was at the centre of era defining cars for young British car enthusiasts during the mid to late 80s and early 90s.

 

The Nova was released by Vauxhall, to take on the fast Ford's and Renault's of the time. Shortly after, the car was noticed as one of the most fashionable hot hatches of its time among younger petrolheads.

 

This super retro hot hatch shape soon became iconic, and with more affordable insurance prices the Nova 1.3 and 1.4SR's became the car of choice among many young drivers. This Vauxhall Nova 1.3SR has been pampered all its life, wanting for nothing in terms of maintenance.

With service stamps annually for over 20 years the car has been excellently maintained. The car recently underwent a sympathetic recommissioning with receipts for over £2500 to improve the finish on the original paintwork, replace some missing trim and perform a complete service on the original engine and running gear.

 

The car is now one of the best examples in the UK, with superb original condition and near perfect history.
